ROTARY LABELLING MACHINE
DQ-VERSA
The DQ-VERSA model is based on a basic construction with an ergonomic concept. This type of construction makes the accessibility to the operators more flexible and allows them to spend as little time as possible on adjustments and format changes.
As part of its acronym VERSA, which stands for modular, exchange labelling concepts by means of removable assemblies with connection and disconnection on the machine body. The types or labelling concepts of each module can range from interchangeable self-adhesive module(s), interchangeable cold-gluing module(s) or compact hotmelt gluing module(s).
In the modular concepts, each station or module, all the electronics linked to each type of gluing, in this way, every time we have to incorporate a different module to the one installed in the same position on the machine body, the main machine automaton will immediately recognize this fairing.
In relation to the transport of the containers, DQ-VERSA allows the containers to be oriented inside the machine before being labelled. The executions can range from conventional mechanical systems to electronic systems with artificial vision and analogy.
For the safety and protection of the user, DQ-VERSA integrates two protective fairings, a rear fairing with manual opening and closing, and another fairing at the front of the conveyor with manually opening side hinged doors.
- Available with 600, 720 and 960 mm diameter carrousels with the possibility of incorporating from 3 to 5 labelling stations depending on the carrousel.
- Upper carrousel height adjustment: Electrically adjusted by means of manual selector installed on the control panel with numerical position indicator on the control panel to facilitate the change of height of the different formats.
- Stainless steel electrical cabinet attached to the machine itself, facilitating the installation on the line.
Optional outside the machine due to the installation of the line.
- Control panel with mobile 10" touch screen for greater operator comfort.
- Allows different labelling modules to be adapted within the same machine, self-adhesive, cold adhesive or hot-melt.
All DQ-VERSA rotary axes are driven by servo motors. Doing so presents numerous advantages:
- The main machine motor, being a servo motor, allows smooth and precise movements at low speed, improving manual adjustment movements.
- In the infeed, outfeed and vise-end starwheels, servomotors increase flexibility and can make it possible to flexibility, if necessary, to vary the machine pitch without mechanical modifications.
- In the case of the container plates, the servo drive allows the user to program turns for self-adhesive labelling, cold glue, hot-melt adhesive, as well as to hot-melt adhesive for orientation and inspection.
The labelling stations are mounted on transportable modules on castors. (optional)
