DQ-CAP OPTIMA Model

The DQ-CAP-OPTIMA model is a machine suitable for multiple formats, adaptable to the wine and spirits sector, as well as tequila production. The DQ-CAP model is designed with two container-holder tables to handle demanding and complex packaging presentations.

DQ-CAP allows for the placement of a sealing band on the cap without losing alignment with the labeling applied on the first table. Once the containers are labeled, they are transferred, maintaining their position, to an intermediate star where the sealing band is placed over the cap in an inverted U shape. The second table then ensures precise sealing of the band around the neck of the container.
