DQ-Rolltech High Speed

The DQ-ROLLTECH Basic and DQ-ROLL High Speed models are designed for labeling using polypropylene materials from reels. Container geometries can include round, square, oval, or rectangular shapes.

  • Plate transmission in two configurations:
    1. Via motorized belt for multi-format on round containers.
    2. Via servo-driven motor for square, rectangular, and oval container geometries.
  • Transmission and power via gears or parabolic-toothed belts with zero play.
  • Main machine motor driven by servomotor and synchronized with coil module.
  • Speed range: 7,500 > 60,000 b/h.
  • Format element changes on the machine without tools.

  • Coil module designed for unloading 2 coils.
  • Automatic splicing.
  • Servo-driven cutting regulation.
  • Automatic head adjustment based on label height.

  • Motorization of axes via servomotors.
  • Coil module synchronization with carousel table electronically.
  • Format element changes in the coil module without tools.
  • Coil module to carousel table ratio: 1/3 in different steps.
