The DQ-ROLLTECH Basic and DQ-ROLL High Speed models are designed for labeling using polypropylene materials from reels. Container geometries can include round, square, oval, or rectangular shapes.

  • Stainless steel protective cabin with telescopic rear protection and foldable front doors.
  • Electrical cabinet integrated into the machine's main structure.
  • Independent reel module electronically synchronized with the machine.
  • Carousel diameter: 720 mm.
  • Number of plates based on speed: 6 > 12.
  • Two plate transmission options:
    • Via a motorized belt for multi-format round containers.
    • Via a servo motor for square, rectangular, and oval container geometries.
  • Transmission and power through gears or parabolic toothed belts with zero backlash.
  • Main machine motor powered by a servo motor synchronized with the reel module.
  • Speed range: 2,500 > 15,000 bottles/hour.
  • Tool-free format changes.

DQ-ROLLTECH Basic Reel Module

  • Reel module designed for the use of two reels.
  • Manual splicing (optional automatic splicing).
  • Manual cutting adjustment.
  • Automatic head adjustment based on label height.
  • Transmission and power of moving parts via parabolic toothed belt with zero backlash.
  • Axis motorization through servo motors.
  • Electronic synchronization between the reel module and the carousel table.
  • Tool-free format changes for the reel module.
  • Reel module to carousel table ratio: 1/3 with different steps.
