ROTARY LABELLING MACHINE
DQ-OPTIMA
Upon customer request, we can incorporate rotary labellers into our labelling machines:
INTEGRATED INSPECTION SYSTEM AT THE MACHINE INLET:
Quality inspection of the containers at the machine infeed:
- Cap presence detection and correct positioning system.
- Cylinder liquid level inspection system
If a container fault is detected, the auger is blocked without stopping the labeller, so that the container can be removed from the line.
INSPECTION SYSTEM INTEGRATED IN EACH MACHINE SECTION
Inspection and control chamber for container labelling. The presence of the label is checked after each labelling station. This means that if there is an error in the labelling, the following actions are not carried out on the container (no more labels are dispensed), and the container is rejected.
This avoids wastage of labels and is especially important when it comes to tax stamps because their unit price is expensive. It should also be noted that stamps that are damaged must be returned/presented to the tax authorities.
TYPES OF ORIENTATION
Orientation by means of photocells (DQ-CELL System) and artificial vision (DQ-VISIO System).
In the new generations of DIFMAQ labellers, the number of photocells has been optimised (2 photocells mounted on the moving arm), thus minimising the adjustments required for format changeovers.
We adapt to any bottle format (cylindrical, square, flat, etc...)
The first action performed on the pack when it enters the machine is orientation. In this case, if the orientation has not given a satisfactory result, the container is marked as defective and no label is dispensed, ending up rejected at the machine exit. This is extremely important when the labels are expensive (tax stamps, designation of origin stamps, etc...).
INTEGRATED TAX SEAL READER AND REGISTRATION (DQ-TAG SYSTEM)
The tax stamp is dispensed from the self-adhesive head.
DQ-TAG reads each of the QR codes to generate a record and obtain full traceability of tax stamps.
The data of the recorded production batches are stored in a CSV file (Excel).
The DQ-OPTIMA model is based on a high quality construction with an ergonomic structure. This type of construction makes the accessibility for the operators as flexible as possible and allows them to spend as little time as possible on adjustments and format changeovers.
The speed range of the DQ-OPTIMA models reaches speeds from 5.000 to 60.000 bxh depending on the table diameter and number of plates assigned to it.
DQ-OPTIMA is also a fully adaptable model to incorporate mixed labelling concepts, cold gluing, self-adhesive gluing or hotmelt gluing.
With regard to container transport, DQ-OPTIMA allows the containers to be oriented inside the machine before being labelled. The executions can range from conventional mechanical systems to electronic systems with artificial vision and analogy.
With regard to the diameters and ranges of the DQ-OPTIMA models, the allocated ranges are between 600 and 1.800 mm in diameter. In the particularly high quality range of 1.800 mm tables, the drives of all machine axes are driven independently by servo motors. The advantages of this type of transmission over a conventional transmission are reflected in the decibels of quiet running in a high quality performance machine.
For the safety and protection of the user, the DQ-OPTIMA models from 600 to 960 integrate a central rear fairing and a front fairing with a conventional motor for closing and opening. The High quality range in particular with tables from 1.200 to 1.800 mm, the central fairing is lifted by means of a set of synchronised servo-motors, and in the front area, a front fairing for vertical lifting with a conventional motor is integrated in the front part of the conveyor.
High-end labeller:
- Protective cabin with motorised guillotine doors.
Rounded machine base with great accessibility. - Mixed labelling according to requirements.
- Orientation of containers by means of different systems.
Electrical cabinet in stainless steel. Attached to the machine. - Carousel plate diameter from 600 to 1800 mm.
- Output up to 60,000 bottles per hour.
- Labelling: Label, back label, wrap-around collar, shoulder collar, band, seals, etc.
- Vis-sin-fin with servomotor for blocking the infeed of bottles into the machine and subsequent synchronization with the infeed starwheel when production restarts.
- Labelling carousel with bottle plates driven by mechanical cams or servomotors.
- Automatic carousel height adjustment with format memory (optional)
Labelling stations fixed to the machine structure.
