Industry 4.0
Improve machinery by digitalization of processes, to improve efficiency and flexibility.
Industry 4.0 combines advanced production and operations techniques with smart technologies that are integrated into organizations, people and assets.
This revolution is marked by the emergence of new technologies such as robotics, analytics, artificial intelligence, cognitive technologies, nanotechnology and the Internet of Things (IoT), among others.
New fibre optic and vision container orientation system
DQSens: Mobile carousel bottle orientation system consisting of two fibre optic laser sensors that scan the contour of the bottles. The scanning group is driven by a servo motor that performs a back-and-forth movement that synchronizes the sensors with the bottles.
DQVisio: Static carousel bottle orientation system consisting of two groups of cameras that scan bottles as they pass in front of the cameras. The first group of cameras performs a pre-orientation and the second group fine-tunes the bottle orientation.
The two systems have different algorithms to adjust to the particularities of each bottle.
Augmented Reality
The aim of using Augmented Reality is to speed up problem solving, improve uptime and operational efficiency.
Interaction in the Design phases to anticipate critical problems.
Technician travel is avoided, reducing the cost of assistance.
